I offer a FREE initial telephone consultation where we will discuss what brings you to counselling / therapy and how you may benefit from it. There is no obligation to decide there and then if you would like to proceed. Once we have decided to work together, after an initial 60-minute session, our sessions will be 50 minutes – usually once per week. I work from a private, comfortable office in my home in Reading, which allows for total confidentiality.
Feeling safe and comfortable enough to open up and discuss anything that is troubling you allows me to tailor my approach to your needs and we will work together to identify your issues, address them in a positive way, explore options, develop strategies and increase self-awareness.

Please note: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations. Missed appointments without the 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full fee.
